Since coming back from our time away life has been a little crazy at the shop. Yesterday though, I decided to stay home and work solidly on my new project. What a day it was. The sun was shining, the blossoms blooming, the bees buzzing and birds chirping. I am fortunate it is hand sewing I had to do, so outside I went and soaked up the atmosphere. It certainly is a calming way to spend the day, even if my fingers worked overtime ha ha.
You look like you have a beautiful place for plenty of inspiration...of course your cat no doubt has great advice!

What a lovely place to sit & stitch. Spring is my 2nd favorite part of the year.(Autumns the best) All of the fresh green growth, buds forming on the roses & of course flowering wisteria..... just beautiful.
ps: if you can watch the ABC 6pm of Thursday nights there's a fantastic show about restoring Englands old gardens.... try & make the time to watch ;-)

Re: [Hatched and Patched] Nay from Nays Place submitted a comment to Oh Perfect Day....
We went from glorious sunshine one day to snow the next!!!! Very strange. The snow fell all day, but didnt lay on the ground very pretty all the same.
